Rruga Kala – Kruje (Albania)

Archimeter conducted an architectural-topographic survey using 3D laser scanners of a significant portion of the main street Rruga Kala, its adjacent squares, and green areas, as well as the converging streets of Rruga Pazari Vjeter and Rruga Kryesore in Kruje, an ancient Albanian capital city.

The survey aimed to support the planning of a large-scale urban redevelopment project, addressing the issue of real estate speculation and the need for enhancing the town's valuable historical and artistic heritage.

With 40 scanning stations, the survey was integrated with a photographic mapping of existing building facades.
