A dramatic event has prompted the court to initiate a study on its causes and dynamics, requiring specialized technicians to carry out surveys and gather all the necessary data for expert analysis.

The technicians at Archimeter were engaged in conducting a 3D laser scanner survey, which not only captured the entire scene of the incident but also acquired all the components of the failed hydraulic arm structure.

In addition to the 3D laser scanner survey, drone flights were conducted to capture detailed photos and generate a point cloud.

From the comprehensive point cloud, a detailed 3D model of the mechanical component that failed and led to the collapse of the basket on which workers were operating was created. This model was subsequently delivered to the experts for further evaluations.
